Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy that allows your therapist to learn more about you and your life experiences. Your therapist will be able to devote their undivided attention and collaborate with you to develop a roadmap for recovery or improved mental health.
Group Therapy
Groups of patients meet regularly to share struggles and experiences with one another. With the guidance of a therapist, addressing challenges in this type of setting can be highly effective and rewarding. Group Therapy is typically part of an individual treatment plan.
Community Support Services
Individualized counseling for all ages that address your needs and focuses on your ability to succeed in school, work, family and the community. Support is delivered by community based, mobile individuals or multidisciplinary teams of professionals.
Intensive Outpatient Therapy
This program provides rehabilitation support to develop and enhance community and independent living skills for children, adolescents and adults The program is designed to promote positive behaviors and interactions, while decreasing negative behaviors.
The Intensive Outpatient Therapy Coordinator provides weekly service visits with clients to work on goal-oriented behavior. Group sessions are held regularly on site. Coordinators work to address the following:

Ages 5 and up

Anger Management Training
Training within a safe place to help bring self-awareness and understanding to anger. Anger management therapy gives you an opportunity to release your feelings and develop guidelines on how to respond in certain circumstances.
The goal of Anger Management Training is to help you recognize your anger and take predetermined steps to minimize your heightened state of agitation. You will also learn healthier ways to express your anger.
